Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling: Free up to 24 hours before your session using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations: Less than 24 hours: non-refundable. Late arrivals and no-shows: Live sessions end at the scheduled time. More than 15 minutes late counts as a missed session, and no-shows aren’t refunded. Recordings and PDFs: Because these are custom-made once purchased, no refunds. Tech issues on my end: We reschedule at no cost.
