Terms of Service
Agreement. By booking a service, buying a product, or using this website, you agree to these terms. This site is operated by Earth's Ethereal Plane LLC, doing business as Ethereal Mutha ('I' or 'me').
Who can book. Readings and coaching are for adults 18 and older or minors with a parent or guardian's consent.
Nature of services. Astrology readings, tarot readings, and coaching are offered for spiritual guidance, personal insight, and education. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice, and I can't guarantee any outcome. You are responsible for the decisions you make.
Your part. Please give accurate birth details and questions, show up on time for live sessions, and treat me and the space with respect.
Personal use of your reading. Your reading, recording, and PDF are for your personal use. Please don't sell, repost, or redistribute them in full. Sharing a short excerpt with credit to Ethereal Mutha is fine.
Intellectual property. All content on this site, including text, videos, guides, graphics, and branding, belongs to Ethereal Mutha and is protected by copyright.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential damages. My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service or product involved.
Changes. I may update these policies. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina.
Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation
Booking. Your booking is confirmed once you've paid and sent any required details. Astrology readings need your birth date, birth city, and birth time if you know it. If you don't know your time, I can still work with your chart.
Rescheduling. Reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your session using the link in your confirmation email.
Cancellations.

More than 24 hours before your session: full refund / credit toward a future reading.

Less than 24 hours before: non-refundable. I may offer a one-time reschedule at my discretion.
Late arrivals and no-shows. Live sessions end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session counts as missed. No-shows are not refunded.
Technical issues. If the problem is on my end, we'll reschedule at no cost [or I'll refund you]. If it's on yours, I'll do my best to help, but I can't extend the session time.
Recorded and PDF readings. These are custom-made for you. Once I've started your reading, they are non-refundable. Delivery is within 24–48 hours of booking and receiving your details and within 24–72 hours for flash readings.
Full chart readings (Birth Chart, Astrocartography, Solar Return) take more preparation. Please book at least 5–7 days ahead. Delivery details are listed on each reading's page.
If something goes wrong. If I haven't delivered what you booked, or there's an error on my end, email me within 7 days and I'll make it right with a redo, a credit, or a refund (at my discretion). Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Reading content. Readings are interpretive, so a reading that isn't what you hoped for isn't grounds for a refund. If you're unsure about anything, please reach out.
Privacy Policy
What I collect. Your name and email, booking details, birth date, time, and place, the questions or topics you share, and payment information. Payments are handled by third-party processors, and I don't store full card numbers. I also collect basic website data through cookies and analytics, and your email if you join my newsletter.
How I use it. To deliver your reading or product, communicate with you, process payments, send my newsletter (only if you've subscribed), improve the website, and meet legal requirements.
Who I share it with. I don't sell your personal information. I share it only with the services I need to run my business: [Wix, your payment processor, your email platform, Google Meet, Shopify], and when the law requires it.
Your reading details. Your birth details and questions are used only for your reading and are kept confidential. I won't share them publicly without your written permission. Public figures' charts are public information and may be used in my content.
Email. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email.
Cookies and analytics. This site uses cookies to work properly and to understand how visitors use it. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
Retention. I keep your information for [length of time], then delete it unless the law requires me to keep it.
Your choices. Email etherealmutha@gmail.com to ask to see, correct, or delete your information.
Security. I use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method is completely secure.
Children. This site is not directed to children under 13 / 18.
Other sites. Links to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other sites are governed by those sites' own policies.
AI & Content Use
I do not consent to my content being used, copied, scraped, or replicated by AI or generative AI in any form. 'My content' includes my readings, written work, guides, courses, videos, audio, voice, images, likeness, branding, and style.
This means no:

training or fine-tuning AI models on my content

generating copies, imitations, or derivative works of my content or style

creating synthetic versions of my voice, image, or likeness

uploading my paid materials to AI tools to reproduce or redistribute them
Collaborations. This applies to clients, collaborators, brands, sponsors, and platforms. Any collaboration, sponsorship, or licensing arrangement requires a written agreement, and AI use is not permitted unless I give explicit written permission for that specific use.
Clients: please don't upload your recordings or PDFs to AI tools that train on or publicly share them. For permissions, email etherealmutha@gmail.com.
