Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To provide every client with the time and attention they deserve, please review the following policy before booking your session. Rescheduling Life happens! If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so up to **24 hours before** your scheduled session using the link provided in your confirmation email. If you experience an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please contact me as soon as possible. I understand that unexpected situations arise and will do my best to accommodate you when possible. Cancellations Appointments canceled *24 hours or more* before the scheduled session may be rescheduled or, if eligible, refunded according to the terms of your purchase. Cancellations made *less than 24 hours* before your appointment are non-refundable, as your appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delaying other appointments. If you are more than **15 minutes late**, your appointment may be considered a missed session. No-Shows Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their session, and no refund or reschedule will be provided. Technical Difficulties If technical issues occur on my end, we will reschedule your session at no additional cost. If you experience technical issues, please notify me as soon as possible so we can determine the best solution. If you have any questions before your appointment, please don't hesitate to reach out.
